An expert on art believes that the world's most expensive painting, Salvatore Monde (Leonardo da Vinci), is on the yacht of the Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, after it has been lost since buying it a huge amount a year and a half ago.

The painting attributed to the Renaissance pioneer was sold for $ 450 million at an auction organized by Christie's in November 2017, which broke the price index for the art market.

Since then, he has not been publicly shown, the 65 cm-long, 45 cm-long painting that shows Christ out of darkness, blessed by the world and a transparent planet-like sphere, questioning the identity, place and origin of its buyer. Specialists pointed to the possibility that the students of Davinci would paint the painting, not their teacher himself.

The official papers show that the Louvre in Abu Dhabi purchased it for display, while the Wall Street Journal reported that the real buyer is Saudi Prince Badr bin Abdullah for Crown Prince Salman, who did not confirm or deny.
